TF1500 Mast Climbing Work Platform

Mast Sections

Durable and long-lasting with 4 mm profile thickness and galvanised coating. Weighs 83 kg and is 1.5 m in length. Compatible mast sections allow you to use the same towers on your construction hoists as well.

Control Panel

PLC-controlled system minimises faults caused by power interruptions. In the event of a fault or unsafe condition (such as door opening), the system stops and displays the source of the problem to the operator.

Drive Motor

Dual 2.2 kW motors with modernste planetary gearbox enable fast and safe operation. Brakes operating on 220 V supply provide powerful braking.

Mechanical Strength

Before deploying our products, our R&D work has advanced both the mechanical and electronic infrastructure of our systems as far as possible. This is what sets us apart: our technical superiority and quality.

On our TF1500 single mast climbing work platform, the safety factor for carrying 1500 kg even at the most critical points is 6.9. In other words, mechanical strength: 1500 × 6.9 = 10,350 kg. This has been approved by the EU CE certification body ALBERK QA TECHNIC.

Backup Brake (Overspeed Safety Device)

In the event of loss of control or descent, the electrically independent backup brake system engages and locks the system. Every unit is delivered with the backup brake tested.

Mast Tower

Unique in Turkey: our high-strength mast sections compatible with both mast climbing work platforms and construction hoists allow you to use the same product across all your sites. In testing, our masts achieved a safety factor of 10.2 — among the highest in their class.

In testing, each mast withstands a vertical load of 8500 kg × 10.2 = 86,700 kg, as verified and approved by the certification body.
