MAST COLOUMN TECHNOLOGY

By means of the mast column system, columns can be used both in the work platforms and service elevators. High resistance is ensured for the columns with their 4mm with profile thickness. CONTROL PANEL

In our products, the safety is increased up to the highest level by using PLC control units and almost 20 sensors and the user damages on the systems are minimized. In case of any failure, the system notifies the user about the current situation through its front panel. Furthermore, the system indicates the exact location causing the failure through the digital display of its control panel without needing any technical service support. It is aimed that the user is influenced from the worksite failures at minimum by using such quick solutions.

Motor (Engine)

By means of its 2X2X2,2 Kw double motor and cutting-edge system planet reducer, it can be used fast and reliably, the brakes run by 220 volts of current provide strong braking.

Mechanical Strength

As a result of the research and development activities which we perform before executing our products, we have carried both the mechanical and electrical infrastructures of our systems as further as possible. By this way, the point which makes us different than other is our technical superiority and high quality. For example; our safety factor for carrying 1500 kg of load at the worst parts is 6.9 with our TF1500 model single work platform. In other words, mechanical strength; 1500 x 6.9 = 10.350 kg

Parachute Brake (Backup Brakes)

If, the elevator goes out of control or falls, the backup brakes of the elevator which are completely free from electricity are activated and lock the system and do not allow startup of the system until the technical staff arrive. Backup brakes (parachute brackes) are automatically locked if the elevator goes out of its normal operation speed and compress the brake linings in order not to influence the user negatively from vibration and ensure a soft stop that the user cannot understand the fall. The system notifies the user by giving a brake alert. The backup brakes of our elevators are tested at each product delivery.

Our masts with 10.02 safety factor are on the top of its rivals as a result of the tests done under maximum elevation and width (8500 kg load was applied on a mast). In other words each mast; 8500kg x 10.2 = 86.700 kg can bear the aforementioned vertical load and it has been determined by tests

Columns
It is durable and long-lasting with its 4mm profile thickness and galvanize coating. It is 85 kg and 1.5 meter high. You can use the columns you have for the service elevator thanks to its columns which are suitable for the use in a service elevator.

Panel Board
The failures due to electric black outs are minimized thanks to its PLC control system. The system is automatically stopped in case of a failure or an unsafe situation (such as opening a door) and the source of the failure is notified to the user.
